Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to get your order to you. Here's what that is.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and shipping address, to deliver your order and contact you about it. We email you about your order: when it's placed, paid, shipped, and if it's cancelled or refunded.
• How many pairs you ordered, and your UTR if you enter it.
• From our bank's payment alert: the amount, date, UPI reference and the sender name and (partly hidden) UPI ID. We use these only to match your payment to your order.
• Anything you send through the contact form, and the email or phone number you give us to reply to.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop abuse such as spam orders.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data, or use it for advertising.
• We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is for the shop owner's admin login.
• We never see your UPI PIN or bank details. You pay in your own UPI app.

Who else sees it

• The courier gets your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel.
• The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores order data on our behalf.
• Our order emails are sent through Zoho Mail, our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, and delete the rest when it's no longer needed. To see, correct or delete your data, contact us.
